As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and safely. We provide on-the-job training for candidates with no prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and Unload Goods: Receive, check, and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control before storage.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, participate in cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they are stored according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- License: Valid Forklift Operator License (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
