Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize inventory on pallets to ensure maximum space utilization.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Accurately record inventory movements and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety labels and operating manuals.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying temperatures.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
