Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move freight using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, such as shipping logs and receiving reports, efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic addition, subtraction, and reading labels/barcodes.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; applicants with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply regardless of formal education.
