Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, operate forklifts (if certified), and move heavy materials safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and maintain a clean, orderly workspace to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (overtime is common).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Equipment: Willingness to obtain a forklift certification if not already held.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
