Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Trucks, Counterbalance) to move, locate, and place materials safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly at all times.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No prior forklift experience required (we provide training!).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid Driver’s License (not always required but a plus).
