Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure proper organization of storage areas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, shipping labels, and digital inventory records.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and a history of attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for counting items and handling cash/valuables if required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
