Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic stock audits.
- Ensure the warehouse and dock areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training is available for the right candidate).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
