Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for domestic/international shipments
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and cold chain handling procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for specialized systems)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in cold environments (10-40°F)
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage Industrial Park
