Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock placement efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (High Reach or Counterbalance preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation.
