Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Scan items using handheld scanners and verify order accuracy before shipping.
- Organize inventory in designated bins and shelves to maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
- Load and unload goods from trucks using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the team lead immediately.
- Maintain a high level of safety compliance at all times, including wearing required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
