Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if hired
