Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices (RF guns) to verify inventory and ensure order correctness.
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as tagging and sorting packages.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld electronic devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments (climate-controlled warehouse).
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
