Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against work orders and packing slips.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training and safety certifications.
