Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders: Accurately retrieve items using RF scanners and prepare them for shipment with speed and precision.
- Maintain inventory accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock levels are up to date in our inventory management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment: Safely utilize pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Ensure safety compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Organize warehouse space: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with loading/unloading: Handle inbound and outbound freight efficiently during peak times.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We value attitude and work ethic over prior background.
- High school diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills: Comfortable with reading labels, barcodes, and simple inventory data.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Team player: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
