Responsibilities
- Coordinate expedited shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking and proactively address delays
- Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Maintain detailed shipment records and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries with urgency
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (preferred)
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD, or similar) a plus
