Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume expedited shipments across multiple carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) with 99.8% on-time delivery rate
- Optimize routing and freight consolidation to reduce transportation costs by 15% quarterly
- Manage customs documentation for international shipments to 12+ countries
- Resolve shipping discrepancies within 2-hour SLA using real-time tracking systems
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to maintain 24/7 shipment visibility
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse-to-dock workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume shipping coordination with LTL/FTL experience
- Proficient in TMS platforms (Blue Yonder, MercuryGate) and WMS systems
- OSHA Hazmat certification and C-TPAT compliance knowledge
- Expertise in Incoterms 2020 and international trade regulations
- Data-driven decision-making with Power BI/Tableau skills
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability for cross-border operations
