Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation compliance including customs forms, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Optimize routing and scheduling to minimize transit costs and delivery times
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and proactively resolve delays
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide shipping quotes and delivery timelines
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics management (CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
