- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to maintain clear communication channels
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and delivery times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align shipping strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
