Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping operations using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Process inbound shipments and verify shipment documentation
- Assist with equipment maintenance and report operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable overnight availability (10 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
