Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using provided packing materials.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Organize and stack packed items in designated areas to optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
