We are looking for dedicated individuals who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of inventory, including palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and labeling.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure mechanical safety and proper functionality.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies, including proper lifting techniques and traffic control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse aisles.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems (RF scanners).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B preferred but not always required depending on equipment).
