Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently pick products from shelves and pack them into boxes for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage-free delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Shipping/Receiving: Assist with loading trucks and receiving incoming shipments as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well in a team setting.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not mandatory.
