Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while strictly adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movement, stock levels, and damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of previous forklift experience in a warehousing or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
