Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as cleaning and organizing workspaces.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
