Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured and damage-free.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks before each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management as required.
Qualifications
- Current forklift certification (preferred) or ability to obtain one.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
