Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock placement and order picking.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Pull and stage orders for shipping with precision and speed to meet deadlines.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks before shift start.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as business demands.
