Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Inspect equipment for potential issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of shipments for delivery.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
