Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom conditions.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in packaging and palletizing orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
