As a critical member of our operations team, you will ensure the efficient movement of goods while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Previous experience (1+ years) operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory.
