Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFOT) with valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and comprehend shipping orders.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
