Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a accident-free workplace.
- Organize and stock inventory efficiently to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety signage and operational instructions.
- Strong willingness to learn new equipment and safety procedures.
- Valid Driver's License preferred but not mandatory.
