Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and document stock movements using RF scanners.
- Inspect equipment daily for safety issues and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipping schedules.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including wearing required PPE at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not always required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
