Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Manage inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and updating warehouse management systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately to meet daily KPIs.
- Keep the warehouse organized by properly stacking and storing products in designated areas.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (required; must be presentable upon hiring).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
