Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and warehouse equipment before each shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stockpiles to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required; CDL not required but preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and proper material handling procedures.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
