Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement using Warehouse Management Systems.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Verify shipment contents against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we provide training and certification assistance.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator license within the first week of employment.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not mandatory.
