Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement using handheld RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment strictly adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets efficiently.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle pallets, skids, and heavy loads with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to read product labels and shipping tickets accurately.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our in-house training program (Entry Level friendly).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not mandatory but a strong advantage).
