Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines or warehouse stations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid Forklift Certification (if applicable).
