Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all machinery.
- Organize and stock inventory with precision to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods while performing duties.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory verification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
