Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and retrieve materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products from trailers, railcars, and conveyor systems.
- Perform daily safety checks and maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
