Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and organizing stockrooms efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
