Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Perform routine safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Verify inventory counts and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety labels and operating instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class C).
