Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for defects before operation.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior forklift experience required – we will train you.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C).
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
