Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and delivery.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift license (Class A, B, or C) required; entry-level candidates with a clean driving record may be considered for training.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in various warehouse conditions, including temperature-controlled areas.
