Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care and placed in the correct storage locations.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including scanning and counting stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
