Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate equipment (training provided).
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
