Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring accurate inventory handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of machinery to ensure operational safety.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and stocking goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and organization of storage areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift operator certification (we provide training).
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
