Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and maintaining organized stock records.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse workflows and meet daily production targets.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery using proper packing techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
