Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately to ensure timely shipping and receiving processes.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts, maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Inspect equipment for potential issues and report mechanical problems to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (Must provide valid certification).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and climbing ladders as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
