Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving with precision and speed.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and log production data into the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a valid forklift operator license; we offer training for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment quantities.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
