Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before each shift to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated areas to maximize storage space and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding inventory status and operational needs.
- Perform routine inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks (preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
